So I've collected a few free legal tracks that has been issued lately.

Thanks to The Cold Cut for this! Keane is releasing a new album on October 13. It's their third and it's called Perfect Symmetry - perhaps something that can describe their clean piano-tinged poprock. The lead single was available for free download through their site and Spiralling as it's called is... well it's a bit more spiralling actually than their previous efforts. A quirkier sound squeals about a possible maturity - to be freakier! But clean and nice pop anyways.

Coldplay made a new track that sort of is but really isn't off VLVoDAAHF available for free download through their site. It's just a short one minute cute little piano tale. Here's what it says on their site:

"Monday 14 July

Tonight's the first night of our tour.
To say thank you to everyone who has bought
tickets and supported us, here's a new song called
Death Will Never Conquer
You'll hear it at the concerts with a twist..."

Pretty stingy to be a major band cashing in... What are we supposed to do with one minute? It's barely the time for me to choose what I want from 7Eleven.

Kings Of Leon are also offering the lead single from the upcoming album for free download. It's called Crawl and is off their fourth album Only By The Night being released September 22. It's for sure nice stoner rock with a depth that tantalizes to suck you down.

Another rock band, another album dropping, another give-away track... XX Teens has finally released their debut album Welcome To Goon Island on July 28 and the song for offer is called The Way We Were. It sounds lo-fi and dirty and might, might just be promising indie rock from London. Let the album decide but this track is enjoyable care-free jammish rock.

Winona seems to be a quite interesting new project by Craig Armstrong and it seems like he is together with Scott Fraser letting a duo of female vocalists walk in the footsteps of much one of my favourites: Róisín Murphy. Go to the Winona myspace to listen to the song Without You and you will see the reference, why the reference is quite good, and why the track is good. Check here below too, to see that Dead Soul Brothers has made a really good remix which I'm banging my hheeaadd ttoooooo ass I''''m writing-g-g-g.
