V+I+D+E+O+S=?

I like the video for Atlas, it features mirrors and a whole lot of instruments. But I'd rather seen this song without a video and especially not in an edited video version. Worst spoiling of a song on a video this year, I'm afraid.

I know I've posted this October 3 (here!) but it's definitely worth another feature since I have just written about the album. The half-animated video features some funny figures surfing, among them Death, as a reference to the title. Wonderful video, just like the song!

Mando Diao - If I Don't Live Today, Then I Might Be Here Tomorrow


This is what it looks like when Battles play their mind-blowing music. Unfortunately the stage performance isn't half as interesting as the music itself. But it sounds really good.

The Tonto video is an amazing collaboration with UVA (United Visual Artists). In cold blue and grey colours they have created a light show with fluorescent lamps reacting to the music. It's like a minimalistic Speed Of Sound video. And thank God (if there is one, or more) they didn't shorten it. More long music videos to the people!
